REQUEST FOR SINGERS
The Music Ministry (Saturday 5 p.m., Sunday 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.) is looking for a few additional singers to join their teams. Candidates should have a strong voice and, preferably, be able to read music notation. We are also looking for cantors (those able to sing the Psalm). Please contact Jim Howells at 403-24-0423 ext. 113 or email@example.com.
Free Access to Life-changing Catholic Content
It’s now easier to register for your free FORMED account. No need for a parish code — instead, just go to saintmichael.formed.org to get started on thousands of Catholic faith formation programs, movies, documentaries, mp3s, e-books, and so much more. Not sure where to start? We recommend Symbolon: The Catholic Faith Explained. From questions like “why do I need the Church” to “where did the Bible come from,” there’s no shortage of new and engaging content that will help you in your faith journey.
Last Year’s Palms
Because the palms from last year’s Palm Sunday Liturgy are blessed, they are now sacramentals. Sacramentals should be treated with respect and never be thrown away. If you would like to dispose off your palms, please bring them to the church and deposit them in the “old palms” container outside the Parish Office. Once collected, they will be burned for ashes.
