Art Walk

Parishioners’ paintings and photography will be on display upstairs in the mezzanine this weekend, from 6 p.m.-10 p.m. on Saturday, April 14, and between Masses on Sunday, April 15 until 7:30 p.m.


INFO SESSION: WALK IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF ST. PAUL

Join Fr. John on a Greece pilgrimage this October as you retrace the missionary journeys of St. Paul. Those interested are invited to an info session on Sunday, April 15 at 6:30 p.m. For more info, click here.

BIBLE STUDY PROGRAM FOR YOUTH begins Monday

Encounter: Experiencing God in the Everyday begins this Monday. This four-week study is designed for them to understand the amazing story that ties all of the Bible together. Click here to learn more and to register.


Shipwrecked: Vacation Bible Camp

We are currently taking in registration for children ages 4-10 as well as volunteers for the first week of VBC, happening July 9-13 from 9 a.m. to noon. Limited spots are available — please register your child at the parish office. To volunteer, please email Alison at astraface@saintmichael.ca.

Sandwich Friday

Please purchase a loaf of bread or two and help make sandwiches from the Drop-In Centre. Fill them with items such as peanut butter, ham, or turkey slices. Bring the prepared sandwiches here at the church by 9:30 a.m. on Friday, April 20. Last month, we donated 823 loaves. Thanks for your generosity!

A SONG FOR RACHEL CONCERT

A Song for Rachel is happening on Friday, April 27: a fun-filled, family fundraising concert and silent auction to support Project Rachel, a post-abortion healing and reconciliation ministry supported by the Diocese of Calgary. Everyone is invited to attend this event. Silent auction opens at 6 p.m. and concert begins at 7 p.m. Tickets: $15/person or $35/family. New Evangelization Summit

Live from Ottawa on April 27-28, this webcast will be streamed to sites across North America including Calgary at St. Mary’s University (14500 Bannister Rd. SE). Hike for Life

Join Fr. John and Fr. Pilmaiken next month at Prince’s Island Park for the 38th annual Hike for Life, happening Saturday, May 12. Enjoy 10KM of beautiful scenery and help the Calgary Pro-Life Association bring the Respect for Life program to schools and other organizations. St. Gregory School: 50th Anniversary

St. Gregory School is celebrating their 50th anniversary on Thursday, May 10 from 5 p.m.-8p.m. Past alumni are invited to this event with refreshments and entertainment. Tickets are $10 at the door. Please RSVP by calling 403 500 2048.
