What you need to know from this weekend’s bulletin:
Bishop McGrattan Lent Message – New
Yet even now, says the Lord,
return to me with all your heart,
with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning;
rend your hearts and not your clothing.
Return to the Lord, your God,
for he is gracious and merciful,
slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love,
and relents from punishing. (Joel 2: 12-13)
Each year at the Mass for Ash Wednesday, which begins the Season of Lent, we hear this reading from the Prophet Joel. Stations of The Cross
During lent, Fridays Eucharistic Adoration will end at 6.30pm, followed by Stations of the Cross and Daily Mass. We welcome all parishioners to spend Fridays Lent with us. To register please click here
