Is there more to life than this?
Alpha is an opportunity to explore life, faith, and God in a friendly, open, and informal environment.
What is Alpha?
Alpha is a series of interactive sessions exploring the basics of the Christian faith.
Each session looks at a different question and is designed to create conversation. There’s no pressure, no follow-up, and no charge — just an open, informal, and honest space to explore and discuss life’s big questions together with people in a similar life situation.
Alpha happens in-person at the church on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. beginning October 12, 2022. Two sessions will be available:
- Alpha for Adults – 18 years and older
- Alpha for Youth – grades 7 to 9
Alpha Film Series for Adults
Alpha Youth Series for Grades 7-12
What happens at Alpha?
Connect
More than ever these days, we need time for connection with others. All Alpha sessions have time for connecting with others, relaxing and building friendships.
Talk
Usually around 30 minutes long, the talks are engaging and inspire conversation. They explore the big issues around faith and unpack the basics of Christianity.
Discussion
This is probably the most important part of Alpha: the chance to share thoughts and ideas about the talk without being corrected or judged. There’s no obligation to say anything: it’s an opportunity to hear from others and contribute your own perspective.

“Alpha is where I was able to go with people from all walks of life and come together to discuss faith. We spent time together, we talked together, and we learned from each other.”
