A big thanks to all of you for the amazing support we received in completing our Christmas Hamper Program. Last Monday, we transformed our gathering area into a field hospital as we prepared and delivered 175 hampers. Thanks to those who helped through the Angel Tree, food donations, monetary contributions for the SSVP, and to all our volunteers who enjoyed a day of fellowship and service as we assembled the hampers.
New Faith Formation Programs this Winter – NEW
Everyone is invited to join one of the many faith formation programs available beginning this January, including: 33 Days to Morning Glory (Women’s Ministry, Thursdays), Come and See: Gospel of Luke (Bible study, Monday evenings), CCO’s Discovery faith study (Wednesday evenings), and many more. Name Tag Weekend will be on the weekend of January 5-6.
GriefShare: Have you lost a loved one recently?
The Grief Support Ministry invites you to GriefShare: a weekly seminar and support program designed to help you rebuild your life after losing a loved one. This program consists of a video seminar, group support discussions, and a personal workbook. Free-will giving/$10
Open House: Strategic Plan – NEW
Come to our open house on Wednesday, January 23, and see our Strategic Plan in more detail. Members of the Strategic Leadership Team will be available to answer questions, and parishioners will have the opportunity to learn more about the different committees you can participate in. Marriage Ministry Event with Bishop McGrattan – NEW
Married couples are invited on Saturday, February 9, for A Blessing for Married Couples presided by Bishop McGrattan. Social to follow with snacks, refreshments, cash bar, and live jazz music. Tickets are $20/couple and can be purchased at the parish office, or online by clicking here.
Christopher West is Coming to St. Michael’s! – NEW
St. Michael’s is excited to host the Theology of the Body conference happening on March 8-9, with speakers including Christopher West, Sr. Helena Burns, and Mike Mangione, among many others.
